Chef de Angelo's Baked Ziti

While I am thinking of my next post, I want to let you take a look on one of the pasta menus that I really love to eat in Chef de Angelo’s.

It’s the famous Baked Ziti.

And I really smiled again as I resized this picture using the ever reliable picnik. I love it when I mixed the red sauce on the pasta and finish until the last piece. I want to do a version of this at home as soon as Dad’s here so I can let him taste it. Hope to pass his standards though.
