Oh! I so love eating Mechado, especially if the sauce is rich and the meat is really tender.
Well, I haven’t cooked this to my husband, but I am starting to prepare cooking one for him in two weeks.
Well, I just realized, based on my activity calendar, that I will be having much time offline for him in two weeks time. That is why I will just settle cooking still delicious but simple recipes for him.
