In the past few days, I noticed that my dark circles have yes, darkened some more due to the lack of sleep after attending to my mid-shift work in a knowledge process outsourcing industry.
Well, I have been doing my best to really get some good morning sleep because I tend to sleep only when the sun rises, let’s say around 6 in the morning. Well, I don’t find it weird because I usually get up around 1 in the afternoon to get to work.
Of course I am planning to do something about this, as I don’t want to be called the Big Panda by my peers.
Have you had the same problem before? What did you do about it?
