They say a biscuit can help you lose weight, some say you can do it better by taking vegetable soup and other related quick fix to lose weight.
But for me quick weight loss can only be attainable if you know your body well, if you go to the doctor and have it checked you will know how ready you are to do the first step in losing those pre-loved pounds.
