I only like to eat well cooked or smoked fish, but not really game in cleaning it. I remember my chef dad told me to always be ready in handling and cleaning all kinds of possible food, that includes fish and other seafood if, you really want to be an all rounder as a good cook or chef.
That is why I am so thankful that people are so helpful that they even have a video like this on how to skin and clean the fish. This will really help me do it right, in case I need to do it. But of course, I’d prefer to buy the clean, pre-packed one.
