Watching Cooking Shows

Do you love watching cooking shows? Well, I do. I remembered as a kid that I would watch my dad watch cooking shows until he asked me to watch those cooking demonstrations on national television. Those were the old days, but I still am fond of finding a good cooking show to watch everytime like Iron Chef of America.

And of course watching these shows in LCD HDTV will definitely be a pleasurable experience in my opinion. Of course I want to make sure that I vividly see, from the ingredients to the manner the recipe is cooked up to the time that they have to do some taste test.

Sony Cybershot DSC-W180 for The Chef’s Daughter

I bought this Sony Cybershot DSC-W180 (the silver one) as a sort of tech gadget gift for myself before hubby and I got married last December 2009. This serves as a replacement as well for my Canon Digicam that got lost when Typhoon Ondoy struck last year.

This is the one that I have been using lately to snap shots of everything that I find worth taking. Be it food, nature, people and places. The thing with me using this is that I am just a point and shoot person. Well, I learned photography basics when I was in college but eventually, I just loved to be carefree enough in my shots and not worry on too much details about it. But of course, if time permits, then I would love to learn more about digital photography this time.

Marketing Your Food Business

We all are exposed to a lot of food businesses nowadays that are raking much money and are really thriving through the years. I am very much aware of this since this is something that I also wanted to venture into in the next few years.

Small food businesses have their little ways to promote their food ventures. But if you are going to take a look at it, most of the famous food businesses around are using direct mail marketing to invite people to their related food events. This is really a good idea since most of the people nowadays are online and checking their mails from time to time. So this really saves a lot of time for the business owner and saves trees as well. Now that’s a sweet way to promote your business right?

Slightly Burned Longganisa

I wish I can do all the cooking perfectly but there are little failed attempts here and there.

Longganisa Delight!

Just like what you see in the picture, the longganisa is supposed to be cooked that way. But my attempt failed when I slightly burnt these helpless meaties.

My husband still liked it anyway, and I promised to really cook better next time.

Quick Way to Lose Weight

They say a biscuit can help you lose weight, some say you can do it better by taking vegetable soup and other related quick fix to lose weight.

But for me quick weight loss can only be attainable if you know your body well, if you go to the doctor and have it checked you will know how ready you are to do the first step in losing those pre-loved pounds.

Are you also trying to lose weight like a lot of people who wanted to be healthier today?

Biscuit for Dinner

Real Facial Enemies

Have you grown up looking for some best acne treatments in town? Well, I was lucky enough that I only had zits every now and then, but my sister almost suffered from having all these facial enemies around.

This may be a part of everyone’s teenage or puberty years, but of course we have the choice to remain healthy and beautiful inside out, do you agree?

Munching Non Stop

Eating whenever we feel like it can cause a lot of health problems in the long run. That is already known by a lot of people but still they are not doing something about it. So when we want to really come clean and vow to a healthy start, we can begin it by doing some exercise routines, checking alli weight loss for a great support and having a complete check up to maximize the efforts to become lean and trim again. Is this something that you are considering doing in the future?

Cookies and Cream Cookie

There are times like this that I do not want to eat rice. I just want to try something new. Just like what you see in this post. I so want this cookie. Just looking at this one makes me feel like craving for something sweet whether be it a cookie, cake or ice cream. Do you like cookies and cream cookie? Hmm, sounds redundant but yummy!
